Shipping Policy

USA Orders
All orders shipping within the United States are sent using overnight insured shipping for any items currently in stock. Orders placed before our daily cutoff time are typically dispatched the same business day.
For custom jewelry, please allow 1–2 weeks for manufacturing and fulfillment. Once completed, custom pieces will also ship via overnight insured shipping.

International Orders
International orders are fulfilled immediately when items are in stock and are shipped using the fastest available insured air shipping. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
If an item is out of stock, customers will be notified promptly and the order will be fulfilled as soon as the item becomes available.

Additional Notes
All shipments are fully insured for the value of the item. Tracking information is provided once the order has been dispatched.

Please also be advised that DonsJewels will only ship your purchased product to your billing address. DonsJewels does not accept products that are purchased using a billing and mailing address that do not match and will refuse/ cancel a transaction in this instance.
